During the tasting, we will explore six hand-selected drams, each representing a different Islay distillery. The line-up showcases the island’s incredible spectrum of styles, from bold coastal peat to layered and complex expressions, featuring varied age statements, cask finishes and bottling strengths.
The evening will be hosted by Border Spirit Society Founder Jordan Harris-Williams, who will guide guests through each dram, sharing insights into the distilleries, production methods and the unique environmental influences that shape the island’s whisky.
The tasting will take place at The Thin White Duke on Friday 10th April at 7pm, providing an intimate and relaxed setting to enjoy outstanding whisky together.
