This guided tasting will showcase a carefully selected flight of six whiskies from across Scotland, each chosen to highlight the depth, character, and individuality that independent bottlers can bring to a dram. Breaking from the norm, the evening offers something a little different; unusual casks, distinctive styles, and whiskies chosen for flavour rather than familiar names.
Starting at 7pm, we will taste our way through a wide range of regional styles, with over 100 years of combined cask ageing across the six drams. Expect everything from rich and warming malts to coastal and smoky pours, alongside the stories behind the bottles themselves.
